Breathe, Pause & Journal

Recently a friend told me, she has always journaled. She’s gone through a lot this friend, this process helps her heal.

A different friend journals after tricky things appear in life, emptying her heart onto paper gives her clarity.

I think that’s what I love about writing down what I’m experiencing, dreaming about, things I cant quite figure out.

The pen to paper process lets me empty my head and heart and the paper captures it. Its cathartic. Sometimes its private therapy. Insights, action, appreciation and gratitude are my post journalling visitors.

Journalling gives us so much. Time to pause, breathe and reflect.

If you were given a space of time entirely to yourself, what would you write about? Dreams, goals, visions, holiday ideas?

Grant yourself 5 minutes, light a candle or a stick of incense, get cosy. Begin. Notice how you feel after.

Our cute verandah in Venice, we stayed in this little apartment for 4 gorgeous nights.
